Thomas Thurston, CEO

Thomas is renowned for breakthrough predictive research in the fields of strategy and innovation. He was recently the subject of The Innovator’s Manifesto: Deliberate Disruption for Transformational Growth by bestselling author Michael Raynor and has counseled thousands of executives, investors, scholars and innovators across the globe. Thomas is a Partner at Rottura Capital, a private alternative investment fund, and is a founding Board Member of the Revenue Capital Association. Based on his research Thomas was invited by Professor Clayton Christensen to collaborate as a Fellow at the Harvard Business School and was formerly at Intel, where he helped guide new business growth and investment.  He also helped found a high performance computing business that was later acquired.

In addition to his fellowship at Harvard, Thomas holds a BA, MBA and Juris Doctor.  Currently a non-practicing Attorney, Thomas is licensed to practice law in Oregon and previously practiced corporate and intellectual property law.  A member of the Harvard Business School Forum for Growth and Innovation, Thomas is the author of multiple academic articles and has been a guest lecturer at schools including Harvard and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Terry Davis

Terry is a technology executive and entrepreneur with more than 30 years of experience introducing over 50 product lines. A founder of four startups, his innovative expertise spans alternative energy, semiconductors, consumer electronics and high performance computing.

Formerly Terry co-founded Westerberg & Associates, a technology sales and distribution startup with annual sales exceeding $100 million. He held senior roles in firms including Vestas Americas Wind Technology and Texas Instruments. Terry was also the pioneering Regional Manager for Advanced Micro Devices (AMD), for which he opened the company’s first regional offices in Oregon and Washington. He holds a BS in Business Administration from Pepperdine University.

Jonathan DeHart

Jonathan has built new businesses for more than 17 years, creating over 14 ventures throughout his career. Jonathan is also Chairman & CEO of biotechnology company Lux Bio Group and enjoys spending time at Dry Falls Cellars, a winery he started with his family in 2006.

Previously Jonathan held both GM and group-level Investment Manager positions within Intel Capital’s New Business Initiatives Group. A founding member of German-based Mercedes-Benz Technology GmbH, he established five new businesses across the US and Europe. Jonathan also worked for Mercedes-Benz AG and oversaw more than $600 million in growth investment as Finance Controller of Daimler AG. He holds a BBA with honors and certificates in Finance and International Management. Jonathan sits on the National Board of Advisors for the MBA program at Washington State University.

David Price

David is a technologist and entrepreneur with unique leadership in strategy and analytics. Formerly he was Co-Founder and CEO of Black Tonic, a web-based application platform providing real-time collaborative communication. He was also Co-Founder of an interactive software consultancy that used design thinking to help Fortune 100 firms, startups, universities and nonprofits tackle strategic challenges through technology innovation.

Demonstrating a passion for using human-centric design to enable understanding between people and technology, David’s industry experience spans high-tech, interactive software, medical devices and aerospace.  He holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering with a Biomedical emphasis from the University of Colorado and studied philosophy as a graduate student at the University of Oxford.
